Sağlık Bilimleri Üniversitesi Ankara Çocuk Sağlığı Ve Hastalıkları Hematoloji Onkoloji Eğitim Ve Araştırma Hastanesi

GİRİŞ ve AMAÇ: Çocukluk çağı akciğer dışı tüberküloz vakalarının klinik, laboratuvar ve epidemiyolojik özelliklerinin gözden geçirilmesidir
YÖNTEM ve GEREÇLER: Çalışmamızda Ankara Çocuk Sağlığı ve Hastalıkları Hematoloji Onkoloji Eğitim Araştırma Hastanesi’nde 2012-2017 yılları arasında Çocuk Enfeksiyon Kliniği’nde 18 yaş altı akciğer dışı tüberküloz tanısı alan hastalar retrospektif olarak incelenmiştir. Hastaların demografik özellikleri, klinik bulguları, mikrobiyoloji, görüntüleme bilgileri, tedavileri ve hastalık seyri hakkında bilgileri toplanmıştır.
BULGULAR: Akciğer dışı tüberküloz, tüberküloz olgularının %64’ünü oluşturmuştur. Hastalarda kız/erkek oranı 23/25, yaş ortalaması ise 9,3 yıl idi. 15 hastada (%31.3) periton tüberkülozu, 14 hastada (%29.2) tüberküloz lenfadeniti, 6 hastada (%12.5) plevral tüberküloz, 4 hastada kemik tüberkülozu, 3 hastada BCG lenfadeniti, 3 hastada santral sinir sistemi tüberkülozu ve 1 hastada milier tüberküloz mevcuttu. Otuzbeş hastaya doku biyopsisi ile tanı koyulmuştur. Tüberkülin cilt testi 17 (%36.2) hastada pozitif bulunurken, olguların %3’ünde tüberkülozlu hasta ile temas öyküsü mevcuttu.
TARTIŞMA ve SONUÇ: Çocukluk çağında akciğer dışı tüberküloz şüpheli klinik bulgular varlığında akla gelmesi gereken bir hastalıktır. Akciğer dışı tüberkülozun tanısında doku biyopsisi oldukça yardımcıdır.
