Abstract

Sub-internal limiting membrane hemorrhage caused by various etiologies may result with severe visual loss. In this case report a patient with sub-internal limiting membrane hemorrhage caused by anemia that was refractory to treatment, and treated with pars plana vitrectomy was reported. Visual rehabilitation was provided without any complication.
