Abstract
Dyke-Davidoff-Masson syndrome (DDMS) is characterized by cerebral hemiatrophy, contralateral hemiparesis or hemiplegia, epilepsy, mental retardation, unilateral hypertrophy of the skull and widening of paranasal sinuses and facial asymmetry. We present here a case of a 15 year old female patient with DDMS who had facial asymmetry, right hemiparesis, left serebral hemiatrophy detected by cranial magnetic resonance image and presence of epilepsy since 2.5 years old.
