Abstract

Identification of phenotypes and endotypes of asthma provided countless benefits, primarily precision therapy. Numerous studies has been conducted to identify preschool wheeze which is known as infantile asthma. Our level of knowledge on phenotypes and their prognosis has strongly improved especially after the availability of birth cohorts results. In this review, our aim was to identify clinical features that will help to differentiate between phenotypes of preschool wheeze.
