Abstract

Henoch Schönlein Purpura (HSP) is the most frequent vasculite symdrome of childhood period. Altough it has a benign nature, it may be seen with different system involvement and may have an atypical clinical presentation. Here we present an atypical case of HSP with multi-system involvement, and not responding to coticosteroid treatment. During follow-up Familial Mediterranean Fever mutation was aslo found to be positive.
