When should transient myeloproliferative disorder of the newborn with Down syndrome be treated? Leukocytosis, thrombocytopenia, anemia, hepatosplenomegaly, the presence of cutanoz noduls and blasts in the peripheral blood are characteristic findings. TMD’de lökositoz, trombositopeni, anemi, hepatosplenomegali, kutanoz noduller ve periferik kanda blastların varlığı karakteristik bulgulardır. Biz down sendromlu geçici myeloproliferatif hastalık tanısı alan yenidoğan olgumuzu sunduk. Bu hastaların erken dönemde tanı alması ve tedavilerinin başlamasının önemini vurgulamak istedik.
