Two cases with rhabdomyomas and arrhythmias in fetal and postnatal period

Rhabdomyoma is the most common cause of primary cardiac tumors in childhood. it is usually bening. It affects the cardiac communication system and may cause arrhythmia. In fetal and postnatal life, haemodynamic effects are rarely seen due to large masses. We present 23 gestational weekly fetus and 2 month age infants who have rabdomyom and supraventricular tachycardia.

Fetal ve postnatal dönemde rabdomyom ve aritmi birlikteliği olan iki olgu

Rabdomiyom çocukluk çağında görülen en sık primer kardiyak tümördür. Genellikle iyi huyludur. Kardiyak ileti sistemini etkiler ve aritmilere neden olabilir. Fetal ve postnatal yaşamda seyrek olarak büyük kitlelere bağlı hemodinamik etkileri görülebilmektedir. Burada 23 gestasyonel haftalık fetusta ve 2 aylık bebekte supraventriküler taşikardi ile birlikte olan rabdomiyom olgularını sunduk.
